Both are now home safe and well, awesome is the only word to describe it…

Upgrade Woes

‘If it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ I really should remember this.
My host decided to tell me a new version of Wordpress was out and they were upgrading me, woohoo new toys, I thought. Anwyay it all appeared to go fine until I tried to click on some of my photographs and all the urls had broken. I had a hazy memory of this problem last time and it was something to do with permalinks and gallery re-writes.
It ended up that I had to delete my old .htaccess files, disable and re-enable a few plug-ins and away we go again.
Everything was working great until this morning, when I thought I’ll just check some settings on my gallery site, and I couldn’t access the admin pages, no idea why….
I reset my permalink structure in WP and deleted my gallery .htaccess file and let it rebuild one and everything returned to normal.

I have also added a syndicated news feed to my EVE-Online section giving you all the latest In-Game News and announcements.

This animations sound track is from a Radio 4 comedy show called Talking and Not Talking by Laura Solon. This character has appeared sever times in the show, each time with a different story of China Lion and the Mad Lady’s latest escapades.
